酒店位置很好，只需步行就可到達主要景點，周邊亦有美食及商場。自助早餐食物種類很豐富，味道也不錯。房間實施環保政策，隔天才打掃一次，我很支持，但如果能每天都清理房間內的垃圾桶比較好，因為這是衛生的問題。

酒店泳池及健身室雖然不大, 但整潔設備齊全, 本人嘗試了泰式腳底按摩不錯, 按摩師是泰國人(入住酒店有消費折扣卷) 前台服務員很貼心, 向他們諮詢或提出要求都努力回答及回應我們, 入住房間有少問題即時派員來維修 我臨時加訂一個房間給朋友入住, CHECK IN 時表示希望同層, 他們都幫忙安排 酒店早餐不錯, 有不同種類的選擇, 但是可能酒店位置非常方便, 比較多旅行團入住

酒店的位置很好，周圍都有商場和食肆，交通都很方便，來往機場的巴士站在酒店附近。酒店的員工服務態度非常好，印象最深刻的是前台的同事Willy,在為我們登記的時候，他非常主動和親切的態度用廣東話來介紹酒店和回答我們的題問，非常推薦及還會再次入住。

The hotel is located just opposite Komtar and is very close to a lot of eateries, restaurants and coffee shops. The room is very clean and bathroom toiletries are quite complete, as well as iron n ironing board, hair dryer. All the staff are very friendly n helpful n always greets with a smile. Buffet breakfast spread is very nice too. Totally enjoyed our stay there. Will definitely stay there again during for our next visit.

Hotel location very convenient. Walking distance to Cecil market, Kimberly street, chulia street. It will be good if the in-house TV is smart TV so that we can enjoy watching you tube or Netflix program Hotel provide drinks and popcorn snacks at the lobby Grab car and grab food delivery also easy

位置不錯，附近有商場，有名的蝦麵也不遠，就是進城區要走一段路，經過的車站衛生不太好。房間不算小，服務也不錯，比起小旅館好。

這個酒店就是90年代的大酒店 當時應該是很厲害的 現在雖然舊了 但是還是住得很舒服 房間很乾凈 也沒有鬼 😂 毛巾香香的 staff也helpful 我們住了四晚 這個價錢沒毛病 我是寧願選擇舊的大酒店 也不願意住新的小酒店 在東南亞玩首要條件是安全

酒店位於市中心，美食和景點在附近，不過天氣熱，寧願叫車出發亦不步行。酒店環境不俗，沒有明顯衛生問題，入住有一疊優惠券，但我們行程上用不著。

Location is strategic for tourist. The 1st Avenue mall and The Komtar is walking distance, just right in front of hotel. Need to crosswalk the main road. The pool just lame and direct sunlight. It makes my children getting tanned after swimming 🤣 I call asked for swimming pool direction and he said level 2. I guess i get the prank call. It should be level 11. The room superb and huge for us. The cafe abit small for me. Some guest not even give space for cross path. Staff give a good service ! The food just moderate and has a variety.
